Costumer service was excellent. Offering excellent knowledge of products & what was best of our needs. Also extras like a cup of tea and colouring for the children whilst our order was processed.

Highly satisfied with everything dreams assistant named John was amazing such a friendly and helpful person did everything he possibly could to make our experience and purchase easy . Would definitley recommend family members to buy from dreams we are very happy !

It was good real good

I was shopping for a last minute mattress and as soon as me and my partner enter the shop we were immidately offered assistance aswell as a cup of tea. We were talked through all the different types of mattresses to ensure we purchased the right one for us. We were set on the one we wanted - both John and Dave shown is the same mattress which had been discounted due to then being rebranded. We were over the moon with the offer and immediately made the purchase. Cannot thank John and Dave enough for their time.

David was very helpful and had excellent knowledge of the item we were looking for, which was a great help for us make the right choice.

Staff very friendly and helpful, Jon and his colleague could not have done more for us and we also got excellent value for money and the whole transaction was completed speedily and without any undue pressure and complete friendleyness with a laugh and a joke. The delivery was made on time as promised and the drivers were extremely helpful and courteous..

Excellent service. Friendly and informative. Listened well to my needs and answered all my questions well. Felt relaxed but was very efficient. The cup of tea was very welcome too.

Staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient! We dealt with Jon and Dave at the Nuneaton branch and they did everything they could to make sure we got the best value for money for the product we reqired. We ordered the bed Monday and it is due to be delivered on Thursday of the same week. Can't ask for better than that, thank you dreams for excellent service 😁
