The experience was streamline and the sales representative John was excellent, not at all pushy but gave us the information me needed to completely the purchase. There was a wide array of beds to sample, and we were impressed with the returns policy if the bed isn't to your liking within the first 30 days.

I visited your Rugby branch last week and did not like the way we were approached and the atmosphere in the store. Today we visited the Nuneaton Branch and although we were welcomed we were not approached other than when we asked for an assistant. John’s knowledge and the way we were made welcome helped us to decide in what bed we were going to have. All aspects of the contract and delivery were explained. It did not feel that we were pushed or pressured into a purchase.
