As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Ryan who came across very friendly and approachable. Me and my partner are a young couple and are currently in the process of moving out and Ryan made us feel very welcome and didn’t judge us for our age. He asked a lot of questions to help us choose the perfect bed and mattress and also answered our questions which showed he was very knowledgable. He was very enthusiastic and explained all the payments options to us very clearly, we were also offered refreshments. He made our experience quick and easy and we will definitely come back to Dreams in the future. Thank you Ryan.

Ryan, was very helpful explained the differences between the Memory Mattresses, he offered us refreshments while we test products. He explained clearly the process for delivery and he was able to answer all our questions confidentially.

When I entered the store I was welcomed and given assistance and information about the products and then left to browse by myself, which is how I prefer to shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable assistant. Unfortunately, I had to go back into store on the day of delivery to change the mattress because it wouldn't fit up the stairs. The assistant was very helpful and understanding, showing me the options available to me under these circumstances. I had to purchase a different mattress which was slightly more expensive. My finance details then had to be adjusted and a new mattress ordered. It was all done smoothly and professionally and I felt the customer service was extremely good.
