Both the staff in the shop were very helpful and product knowledge was excellent. They were also very good with my young child whilst I was looking at the products.

Offered tea and coffee. Sales person was friendly, helpful and attentive without being pushy.

We had close personal attention and advice which helped us reach a prompt and satisfactory conclusion.

Staff member friendly and helpful. Appeared to assess my needs better than I could (I 'thought' I wanted a firm mattress but thanks to his advice think I'll be better suited to a medium!) Highlighted features of the various mattresses (memory, gel, natural etc) Did not feel in the least pressurised but did end up spending a fair bit more than I intended!

When we arrived at your store in Nuneaton we were welcomed by the assistant and he asked us what we were looking for and we said a new bed and he showed us what they had in store. Then he showed us the type of bed we wanted and his knowledge was very good.It was with his help that we decided to buy our new bed,mattress and headboard.

The staff were friendly, not overbearing and welcoming. A knowledge of products plus clear labeling helped a great deal. We were able to try out the products without any fuss and take as much time as required
