Dreams - Nuneaton

This was our 1st visit to Dreams, and was very impressed with the service we received.

Very informative and helpful, didn't feel pressured into buying or upgrading. We would not have known where to start or what type of mattress to buy

Polite and knowledgeable staff

The Staff were very helpful, Katie the lady that served us was very knowledgeable, absolutely superb service from start to finish.

Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by Rob who was very friendly, knowledgeable and displayed great customer service and people skills. He made us feel at ease which ultimately led to the sale of the product. He displayed the new technology in the store and demonstrated a number of different firmness ratings and styles. This made choosing our mattress much easier for us and we were greatly satisfied.

The gentlemen was super helpful helping us find the perfect bed, we used the machine to help us pick the best bed for us and he didn’t pressure us and offered us drinks and was a true pleasure to our visit

Rob was a very helpful and passionate employee. He went out of his way to explain and find out which bed was best for me and my partner.

The service was excellent, the two assistants that dealt with us were enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and highly professional, we were under no pressure whatsoever to make a purchase. We feel very satisfied with our purchase and our entire experience at Dreams Nuneaton store.
