staff were highly helpful and made our decision to choose so easy without putting any sales pressure on whatsoever. we were offered refreshments and made to feel comfortable at all times. staff had good product knowledge which was passed on to us.

Excellent salesman, not pushy, rude or over zealous. His product knowledge guided us to what we wanted.

Dreams provided us with what we were looking for at a reasonable value. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and we were able to look round at our own leisure without being followed and hard sell.

Ryan was very knowledgeable about bed comfort and gave us a great starting point. We weren't hassled over products and we were allowed to roam and try beds until we were satisfied. The buying process was easy and the hospitality was Wonderful, best cuppa of the day!

Came 10yrs ago for my mattress . Been fantastic . Came to replace . Service was lovely and courtesy came natural.even offered me a cup of tea.
