The store assistant was very helpful and polite. I was offered a beverage and asked if I needed any help. The assistant was very knowledgeable of the product I was interested in buying. Also informed me about the guarantee and the 100 day trial. Then told me about the recycling of my old bed. Overall I am a very satisfied customer thanks to the help and advice of the assistance.

The store assisstant was very helpful. He was understanding of our needs and allowed time for me and my wife to discuss our options. He also precented us with the best prices for the bed and mattress we required. All the arrangments for delivery was made with ease and I would highly recommend buying a bed and mattress from dreams again.

My wife and myself bought ourselves a new bed for our new house. We were not pushed in the slightest by Ryan which I highly value in salesmen/women. We were able to take as much time as we wanted in trying all the firm beds as we both have bad backs. We were able to ask as many questions as we liked and even had coffee. We felt highly valued as customers. We also got a good deal on our bed and we could pay over nine months on an interest free agreement which made it even more attractive. I personally hate shopping but this was agreeable. My wife came back to Dreams as She had already bought our daughter a new bed for our new house, another good deal. Coming back to Dreams says it all. Win for us and win for Dreams

Jon the sales assistant was very helpful. He asked what type of bed we were looking for, and then told us which ones to look at by the colour of the pillows. I thought this was a good idea. We then went and looked at the beds, he didn't follow us around but if we needed to ask him a question he was there. Offered us a cup of tea, never had this offered at other bed shops. Thank you for the very good service.

Both David and Jon were very attentive in the Nuneaton store even though it was busy and gave us time together to discuss what was best for us with no pressure of purchase. They took time to go through our options and explained the best value for money and although the extra services were explained and offered there was no pressure to buy which was refreshing, because of this we would purchase from dreams in the future.
