The Manager at nuneaton store was very helpful and friendly. Felt no pressure to order til I was ready. Was made a lovely cup of tea as well.😀

Very helpful members of staff

We wanted a mattress that you could turn over to keep it durable. We did not know that foam topped mattressess could not be turned. The shop assistant was very knowledgeable about the shops products. In this case we were glad we didn't just shop online.

As a partially sighted person I rely on the information given to me by sales assistants. The member of staff was polite, helpful and very knowledgable.

Assistant John greeted us warmly asking us what type of Bed and other items, we were looking for. He then showed us where the items were, before we started to look around he asked us if we both would like a drink of tea and coffee. After 10 minutes John came up to us to see if we needed any assistance, which we did?. he was excellent an gave us an very good discount.

Visited but couldn’t decide so asked questions & all colleagues present were very helpful. Went away then decided to go ahead with the purchase. Colleagues remembered us 2 days later & were very friendly & helpful but not pushy salesman. Gave all options regarding price & listener to what we wanted. Came away feeling we’d made the right choice & happy with the money we spent.

The salesperson was not intrusive or pushy but was highly knowledgeable, personable and helpful.

The chap who dealt with us was very helpful and friendly. We purchased an end of line demonstrater bed which there was some confusion about the price and whether the headboard was included or not, initially the chap thought it wasn't but when I looked at the original sales data behind the sale sheet and worked out the figures compared to the sale price it showed the headboard had been worked out as part of the sale price, when I pointed this out to the sales assistant he couldn't of been more apologetic and did us an excellent deal on the bed and threw in some excellent extras.

Very friendly staff , great knowledge of products on sale and explained very well.

Staff was very welcoming .. Offered beverages whilst I was there. Answered all my questions that I asked and needed to know. Jon the store assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was buying ..There was no pressure on my time I spent trying out the products. After being there for some time I was offered beverages yet again. Was told about the guarantees and return and exchange policy. Could not fault The service I received. I would definitely recommend that store. Staff were so polite and helpful
