Jon was welcoming, listened to our needs, explained the range that would best suit our needs. I didn't feel under any pressure to buy extras. The speed of the transaction was just right, not rushed but didn't take forever.

We went in knowing what we wanted with a budget in mind and Ryan found us exactly what we wanted just a touch over budget. He helped us decide on a new style of mattress as we would have just ordered what we previously had.

The staff member who approached us was very helpful and seems to have a good knowledge of the bed that we were looking at.He wasn’t a ‘pushy’ salesman, which made us feel a lot more comfortable in taking the time to talk between ourselves about our ideas and options

A lot of shops as soon as you go in, they pounce on you straight away, we were left to look around it for a bit and was asked by Jon if we were okay, which we were. He noticed what mattresses we were interested in, he gave us further helpful advice.There were a lot of choices for us to make, we originally went in for just a mattress, we ordered a mattress, 2 Drawer Base, + Headboard. While order was being processed we were also offered Tea/Coffee.we came out Dreams lighter in the pocket, but very happy. 😀
