Dreams - Nuneaton

We were so impressed in the courtesy and professionalism of Ryan 2 weeks ago when we purchased our ottoman bed frame that we decided to purchase the same ottoman bed frame with a mattress for our daughter, David was very knowledgable and explained in detail the different mattresses to make sure we were happy with the choice also explaining the 40 day option if not happy with the mattress, both David and Ryan from the Nuneaton branch are s credit to your company, I would recommend Dreams to all my family and friends, a big thank you to David and Ryan for making our choice so easy and straightforward.

Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - very impressed

Jon was our very friendly sales person. I have mobility problems and I was able to sit down whilst my partner went upstairs to choose a mattress. Jon and his colleague then took the mattress downstairs and put it on a bed base (first, taking off the mattress thst was already on there). I was able to then try out the mattress - putting my crutch down first! Jon then made us a cup of tea and coffee whilst we made up our minds about extras like pillows and duvets. All in all a very enjoyable visit made extra special by Jon. I had only been out of my flat 4-5 times since March as I have a hip infection and feel fatigued.

Your colleague,Jon, was really friendly and had a bit of a laugh with us. We told him what we wanted and he gave us some choices, which we tried out most of them and settled on our purchase. The ordering system and the speed of it was really quick and easy. We pick ed a specific date for delivery which was booked in nice and quickly. The sale and extras with it was explained really well and left us feeling really happy with the whole experience. We will be coming back again for certain.

The whole process was very easy, we knew what we wanted, spoke to the advisor who guided us through the whole ordering system, didn’t take more than 20 minutes. I wish all ordering systems were this easy!

Well the first time we visit Dreams was the Gallagher retail park Coventry and was delt with by Trevor who was very informative friendly and made us a coffee.Trevor guided us to the test bed which gave us the right mattress for us Which we chose but needed time to sort out are financing.well finance sorted we went off to Dreams this time to your Nuneaton branch because it is Much closer and done the deal well done to Trevor and also Ryan. staff were very welcoming and gave good advice on products. I ordered the bed and had a phone call the next day to say it would be delivered that week. Very happy with the service.

Good friendly service no pushy sales men

Sales manager was very helpful and had excellent knowledge of the products. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and abswered all questions in great details.

Extememly helpful staff, no pressure for a sale. Offered a hot drink, very friendly service.
