David was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable at Nuneaton branch

The sales assistant was not pushy and he listened to our needs. We knew what we wanted and he advised us on the products.

John really made me and my partner feel like he understood what we were looking for and that he had our best interest at heart. He offered us drinks and made us feel welcome. John was very good at selling to us but not making it feel like a hard sell and we are over the moon with what’s we’ve purchased I couldn’t speak highly enough of all the colleagues at the nuneaton dreams branch and will absolutely return in the future.

All staff were amazing - for me saying this it means that I have ever experienced as good customer service elsewhere - the guys at the Nuneaton branch should receive some recognition for their excellent customer service. I hope my item to be delivered lives up to the excellent customer service that I have received to Date
