We made two visits to the Nuneaton store. The first one was exploratory just to see if you had any bed frame/mattresses we might be interested in. Your store colleague, John, was really helpful in explaining the product range and Bank Holiday weekend discounts that were available. We went home with a quote and accurate bed frame measurements to double check that the frame we had looked at would fit in our bedroom. We returned a couple of days later we returned and made our purchase :o)

Acknowledged on entry to the store, store assistant was knowledgeable and recommended items to try based on what we had discussed. Very friendly with our young children who were a little bored towards the end, offering balloons, colouring etc. Very helpful!
