Met the store manager who was more than happy to help us with our purchase the staff were available but not pushy

Excellent service and very informative

It has to be said I could have purchased the product elsewhere for possibly a similar price. The difference was your salesman Ryan, he absolutely shone with professionalism nothing was to much trouble and his product knowledge was excellent. I felt at ease and at no time did put any sales pressure on. It could be I could have saved money elsewhere but in terms overall value it is my believe that Dreams towers above their competitors

I was unabl to try the be different I originally went into the store for, however the sales assistant jOhn was very helpful and informed me of a better quality mattress that was reduced, making it more affordable for me. He also adde din some otr items, so I was was very happy with the result. I will add more feedback once my mattress has been delivered on November the third.

Jon was amazing in understanding my specific needs and made adjustments as I changed my mind a number of times as we were progressing through the purchase options. He did so without a moments hesitation nor did he appear annoyed at any time. He showed true resilience and gave great customer service especially as it was at the end of the working day.

I went in looking for a bed for myself and my partner for a house we were due to move in to in a few weeks, wanted something nice but not too expensive. We also needed 2 new mattresses for other beds we had. I visited the Nuneaton store and was only in there for around 20 minutes before the sales assistant Jon Beddows asked if he could help, found the perfect bed, the perfect mattress and perfect spare mattresses with ease. He made myself and my mum a drink and got the paperwork done efficiently. He asked if we needed pillows and quilts for the beds which we didn’t need. And told us about the extra guarantee for the bed and the mattress. Delivery was set for a few days after we get the keys for our new home and he even told me I would get a free mattress protector with my order. Extremely happy with the level of service. Would definitely recommend. This is not the first time I have used Nuneaton store, I think this is the third time I personally have used them and always got Jon’s excellent help. I have recommended them to my brother and family who have also bought items from them.

Jon the assistant who helped us when we first walked in was excellent, he asked us if he could make us a cup of tea or coffee whilst we had a look round the store. Jon then assisted us by placing pillows under our heads so we got the best feeling whilst trying out the beds, his knowledge was of great help to us when it came to choosing the right bed for our needs. Excellent service provided would defeinitely recommend using them to family and friends for a great experience.
