we came in with an idea of what we wanted, spoke to Jon who was very helpful and helped us out with our new bed and new mattress He was very friendly and made the overall experience very easy and stress free

I new what I wanted, but there was so many to choose from. I explained to the salesman at the store what I wanted. he suggested a choice of two. Problem solved, order placed and deleivery a week from ordering. Taking away my old mattress, excellent service. I am one very happy customer, everything sorted in just one week.

We were served by Jon at the Nuneaton Store, as soon as we walked in he came over asked us what we were after, after lending us a pillow to try out the mattresses to help find the perfect one for us, he kindly offered me and tea or a coffee. Once we had decided on the mattress we knew the bed we wanted after browsing online, but the delivery date we required wasn’t available, Jon went out of his way to ensure we were able to get the bed of our Dreams at the best price and the best date for us. Overall the trip was very successful and I will be sleeping easy thanks to Jon.

we were warmly welcomed by Katie, she listened to what we did and didn't want and were soon(with pillow in hand) trying out the most relevant products, to be honest she had found our perfect mattress very quickly. We were offered drinks and felt very at ease. We spent a lot of time choosing the mattress and a new tv bed (2 hours I think) we were given all the information we needed and even offered a bit of an future bonus by the manager(child's bed) I was extremely happy with the customer service by Katie and David. now to look forward to a good nights sleep when our bed arrives in a weeks time!!

I went in with a rough idea of the mattress I wanted but wasn't too sure where to start. I was shown the different colour codes and mattresses available. When I had picked one I liked was shown a better quality mattress that was in sale which brought the price to lower then the one I was looking at and I was given chance to try both without any pressure too. Great service
