I knew exactly what I was looking for and the attentive team worked efficiently to meet my needs. There were other customers in the store and it was obvious to see that they also were satisfied with the service provided. I had visited another branch previously and Dave & Rob at Nuneaton were head and shoulders above the staff at the other branch. Very friendly team.

The sales assistant was very friendly, welcoming and keen to help. He did his job well by explaining what item was available to serve my needs best. The whole transaction was easy and was done efficiently .

Me and my family came in to the store not knowing where to start, all we knew was that we needed a new mattress. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Rob, who was new to the job but showed great knowledge, was polite and extremely helpful. After showing us to a machine which determines which mattress will suit us best, we found the perfect mattress for us after testing various beds. The ordering process was quick and faultless. Rob is a credit to the company and I would highly recommend this store to others

We was served by a lovely lad called Rob in the Nuneaton store he was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, Rob showed us a range of beds before we finally made our decision, he was patient and understood our needs and was determined to find the right bed for us.
