Staff very friendly and attentive. From my explanation of what I wanted they knew exactly which mattresses I needed to try. Made my shopping trip very stress free. Thank you.

I was looked after by Ryan who talked me through the order and different mattresses and Dave who demonstrated the technical details of my new bed. They couldn't have been more helpful and even offered me a cuppa. When I visited the store I wasn't looking for anything, just keeping the other half company and I left with a super king tv bed. I made the purchase as I loved the product and the staff helped me without being those pushy sales people that annoy you as soon as you enter a store. Ryan and Dave had just the right balance.

The chap serving was really pleasant and knowledgable . Gave us good advice and was very friendly too, even offered a cuppa!

I had already looked on the Internet to get an idea of what I wanted. All 3 mattresses were on show. I explained my needs to the assistants and they recommend alternatives which were better suited to me. Great team, they listened and gave advice.

Staff at the Nuneaton store was so helpful. From walking in the door they offered drinks and any assistance and they helped me find a bed that would be best suited for my bedroom. Staff were brilliant with the knowledge they had and I would definitely recommend any family and friends.

The staff were friendly without being overpowering. Left me to look round until I was ready for assistance. I already knew what I wanted before entering the store so it was nice to be able to look at the product until I was ready for someone to place the order with.

Staff member Jon and colleagues were extremely attentive without being pushy. They assisted us with our queries and helped us to select the bed that was right for us.

David was very helpful when explaining and showing me the different beds, I am walking disabled and there for slow moving. He was patient and courteous and did not rush me. Even made me a lovely cup of tea whilst completing my purchase.

Staff member who served us very helpful and informative. Came in to buy a frame we had seen online and came out with the frame and a mattress.
