Dreams - Nuneaton

Store layout easy to navigate and find what we were looking for, plenty of choice and friendly sales person who explained all the combination options and relevant offers

We visited the Nuneaton store and Ryan looked after us. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and listened to what we wanted and steered us in the right direction without being pushy or putting pressure on us. He gave us various options to consider and we left feeling that we had been in good hands and came away with exactly what we had been looking for. As this was our first visit to Dreams we were really impressed.

After returning to the store a second time to decide on making a purchase we were impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, even including on a couple of occasions the offer of a cup of tea (nice touch). Also on passing their knowledge and expertise we felt that there was no hard sell but left to decide ourselves without being watched over. But the staff were always on hand to assist, well impressed.

Very good service. Excellent knowledge of the product range. Item purchased reasonably priced.
