I was assisted by Ryan, who made me feel very welcome, I was greeted as soon as I entered the store, I was not hounded and allowed to have a good look around at all the beds in the showroom. I had a good idea what I wanted, but, it had been several years since my last purchase of a bed so needed assistance with my final choice, I was very impressed with Ryan’s knowledge of the type of bed I needed, once I had made up my mind and during the time taken both myself and my daughter were offered a cup of tea or coffee, which was made by Ryan’s colleague whilst Ryan put a complete package together. The service given was very professional, friendly and helpful, I will most certainly recommend the Nuneaton store to all my friends and family.

John was very knowledgeable about the products we brought and made the visit unstressful.

Staff were friendly and helpful and were able to explain the different options to us in detail. There were a good range of products available to look at and compare.

The Store Manager was attentive and after understanding our needs, gave us information and then gave us sufficient time to privately consider and discuss our options without being intrusive, but close enough to access. We were offered tea/coffee and weren't rushed.

I have to say Ryan who served us was very helpful and he was showing us all the different beds and mattress's and what was the best to have. he gave us a cup of tea while we were doing all the paper work which I have never had any where before. he also explained you could have the mattress for 40 days and if we weren't happy we could come back and see what you have but I have to say I will certainly be recommending Dreams to every body I know

Assistant came straight over to us. Explained everything we asked if him . Made us coffee while we completed paperwork. Was very understanding with my illness in showing us what we required.

Ryan was very helpful but not at all pushy made himself available for questions but still let us browse on our own, offered different options and listened to our requirements
