Service was wonderful, friendly and helpful. No pressure just informed and professional help. Nice atmosphere, was offered tea or coffee.

The assistant John was a pleasure to deal with and enthusiastic but not over the top. Really helpful and went through offers etc.

We went to Dreams on Nuneaton. We had already bought a bed so we came back because we were really satisfy with it. Ryan help us finding our second bed, for our extra bedroom. He was so great and advise us depending on our needs. Once we got the bed he even help us with extra pillows and duvet cover, we even got tea. Amazing people, amazing service, amazing prices and amazing quality.

David the store manager was very helpful. Understand what I wanted and told me all my options. Helped with any questions I had and wasn't too pushy.

The two members of staff who attended to us were both courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the item (a mattress) we were looking for, even down to tea and coffee while we browsed. Jon and his colleague are very well mannered and helpful rather than over pushy like so many sales staff nowadays.

The store and staff wonderfull, delivery guys so good, unfortunately the warehouse delivered some wrong parts, told would get the bed for 3 days, sleeping on floor is not my idea of fun.

We only wanted a single divan base and headboard for a guest bed which will be used occasionally. We went to Dreams as we have been very happy with the 2 Tempur beds we purchased a year ago and the service we received was excellent. Even though this was a much smaller purchase it was handled in the same efficient and pleasant manner.
