Ryan was really helpful polite and very friendly he looked after us very well the bed was great and exactly as we wanted it would use this store again and also deal with Ryan a pleasure shopping experience.

we are no nonsense customers and John at Hinckley was straight to point for us listened to what current issues I was having and helped me come to a quick decision thru his knowledge. I was very impressed that he had visited you manufacturer and share his experience of how the mattresses where made

When my wife and I arrived at the store we felt welcomed immediately. The colleagues were not pushy and let us explore in our own time without feeling pressured into a purchase. When we did explain what we were looking for, David showed us the range of beds we might be interested in, including those on clearance, and matching frame and headboard. He gave us lots of advice on how to get the best deal, showing us items on offer and clearance. While waiting, we were offered tea and coffee and had a wonderful chat. Both David and Jon offered advice on the local area as well as we were new. The finance took some time to come back and both were extremely patient with us. Based on the service I would definitely recommend coming back again.

Staff were really helpful and knowledgable

We were able to try out the firmness of the mattresses at our local store which helped us to come to a decision with our purchase and the staff were knowledgeable as to the suitability of the mattresses for our bed which are adjustable.

Given the freedom to sample the mattresses, no pushy sales people but help and advice there if needed. Offered a drink which was good.
