Jon was extremely knowledgeable about all the products on show. Very professional manor but easy to talk to and made us both feel very comfortable on our visit! The level of service shown to us when we visited was fantastic. We felt extremely valued as customers and will 100% be returning when we purchase a second bed for our second room!

product was available at a very good price, main reason for satisfaction was the friendliness and knowledge of the staff who were a credit to the store and to themselves. the visit was a most pleasurable experience.

Given time and space to choose the bed for ourselves, but an assistant was on hand to answer questions. Also they made a lovely cup of tea!
