We were greeted by Katie when we were in the store and she was extremely helpful, she took the time with us to understand our needs and never rushed us to make a decision.

Dave was top rated. Sale person could not do enough for you nothing was to. Much trouble and helped me find the best options for me. Is a. asset to the store and makes a great tea. / coffee will definitely recommend to friends thanks

The advisor Jon was really helpful. He was able to suggest the products that would suit us and explained the purchase options clearly while giving us space to look around on our own

We were served by Ryan. He was serving 3 couples at once and was still understanding of our not very specific needs. It was his last day and he had been planned to be alone. He was able to convince us to have confidence in Dreams products and service and we made, what was for us, a large purchase.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the price was a high quality mattress was amazing. All in all the easiest thing I have ever purchased.

From walking into the shop and from the time we left Jon was polite helpful and very patient. We were offered a drink while we looked around which I did accept . Jon was very knowledgeable of the products he was selling and guided my mum in the right direction to what she was after.

We were greeted by David very soon after entering the shop . He introduced himself and asked what specifically we were leaning to buy . He then went on to explain the layout of the store and helped us understand the colour coding. We were then left to explore and try all he beds at our leisure. We were not followed around the store and made to feel uncomfortable , as has happened in other stores , but was always ready to offer advice and help if needed . To sum up we hadn’t expected to actually buy a bed straight away , but we did and we are very happy . Thanks David !
