Jon was welcoming upon our arrival. We explained what are requirements were, he was extremely knowledgable and answering all our questions and directing us as to where to look and work out the prices. Advised us once we’ve found the frame we wanted he would assess us with the special bed for the type of mattress needed. This was a valuable experience and would recommend to anyone. Jon made us a coffee whilst we were trying out the mattresses - thirsty work this bed purchasing. Once we had chosen frame and mattress we had additional requirements for the delivery - will live in Nuneaton moving to Somerset in the next 3 weeks - this did not cause any issue at all as Jon has booked delivery down there for us. Jon outlined the cover for mattress and frame which we have taken out. We also purchased with Jon’s help new pillows, mattress cover and pillow protectors also, the whole experience at Dreams Nuneaton was outstanding - we would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to family and friends - thank you Jon

Excellent customer service.

We were greeted by David, in a very friendly manner.he recognised my wife's disability, and made us comfortable in chairs. He even took the trouble to bring down a double mattress from upstairs so my wife could "test" it for suitability.At no time did we feel pressurised, and coffee was offered in the first 10 mins.we bought 2 mattresses, after David provided his expertise to meet our requirements. He even loade the 2 mattresses into my car with no fuss. A really nice purchasing experience, lots of chat, we will tell our friends! And Trust Pilot! Michael and Patricia Tomkinson

David was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly making our shopping a pleasant experience.

We were greeted by very attentive, friendly staff at the Nuneaton branch. They were very helpful and gave great advise when choosing our bed and extra's. We were seen to very quickly and our order was placed with no issues and with a delivery time which suited us perfectly. Thank you.

I was immediately asked how they could help me. Katie listened to my comments, made me a hot drink, and did not hurry me to make a decision, and gave me plenty of information on each mattress.
