Nice competent assistant

On my initial visit, I was welcomed to the shop and asked if I needed help or was just browsing. The help provided was very good and use was made of the profiling software. The cup of tea was a good bonus! Jon fully explained the software tool was knowledgeable about the items suggested. On my return to purchase, there was the same welcome. At no time was there any pressure to buy and so made for a relaxed time.

I Visited Dreams Nuneaton store and your employee Katie was extremely helpful! She listened to both mine and my partners needs, we competed the Dreams mattress test, and she shown us all the mattress that it recommended. She took note of what we we looked for in a bed, mattress and pillows and applied it to the search! Outstanding employee!
