The young lady, Katie, who helped us was knowledgeable, helpful, and most kind. She provided hot drinks and found us pictures of the type of bed we were looking for even though there were none in store. She found us a perfect match for the mattress. And, later that day, when I discovered I had lost a necklace in trying the beds, she searched the store for us and even went next door to where we had to sort parking.

David was very helpful, helped us find what we wanted. Didn’t rush us or pressure us. Gave us lots of options that we never thought of before going to the store

The assistant who served us was informative, helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He explained all the terms and conditions. He is a definite asset to the store.

I went there to find a mattress and a bed for my autistic son, he had great time with the tech that helps identify which mattress is right for him and then we chose a bed frame and eventually a mattress, after trying lots of mattresses out. The price I paid was a bit high, but I'm confident that bed and mattress is right for him and hopefully will aid a good night's sleep and will last for years to come.
