We were served by David store manager, he allowed my disabled husband to try the different mattresses & pillows, product knowledge is excellent & excellent customer service. We have purchased beds from Dreams before and would again in the future.

enjoyed finding out what needs for a new mattress were on machine in shop & what they thought we should have. staff were attentive to our needs & gave us time to look & even go home to measure if headboard for bed would go up stairs....heres hoping we're right?

Had a good idea of what we wanted when we arrived, the salesman was really friendly, not at all pushy, gave us a cup of tea straight away, and found us the best deal for us, we came away quickly, loaded with additional pillows, duvet, and mattress protector, mattress recycling bag for old mattress and thrilled with our purchase with a much speedier delivery than was anticipated. 5* treatment and service. Well done DREAMS

Straight away we were shown the side ottoman bed as requested. Then numerous mattresses were shown and given plenty of time to choose. Jon was friendly and knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction for our comfort and budget.
