we were left to our own devices, allowed to wander without interruption and only when we asked for help did someone come and assist. there was no heavy handed sales techniques and we were not pestered. it was a very good shopping experience

Both the shop assistants give us their time. They really help me realised what was best for me and ask about budgets in the beginning witch is nice not pushy at all and I left a very happy lady and cant wait for my new bed

I went into the store for a matress only which I hadn,t got a clue where to start. The Store Manager was very helpful and explained in detail the differences between the makes and the benefits of each. I only had a small budget which I didn,t think I would be able to buy anything in the store but the Manager took me to the clearance section and gave me a deal that was beyond what I had expected so I came away very happy

The girl in the store was very easy to talk to. She explained everything to my satisfaction. I was offered a drink while looked around. And overall was a very nice experience.

I was looking for an ottoman double bed and knew nothing about how they worked, how heavy they were to lift, how much storage there was etc. The store manager showed me every model, in detail, let me have a go at using the hydraulic lift system (which proved surprisingly light). He also demonstrated beds with different thickness mattresses so I could get a good idea of whether I'd be able to use it at home. He was very friendly, informative and no pressure selling.
