Dreams - Nuneaton

The staff at the nuneaton branch were very helpful and friendly. They knew everything and were able to show similar mattresses to the one I had picked at different prices. The order was quick and I wish I needed a mattress again soon!

I found the assistant very helpful explain all the extra service l could have the delivery time and options I was given the store was very clean and layout

The staff (Dreams - Nuneaton) was very friendly, people-oriented and kind. This exceeded our expectations. We were thoroughly explained what we needed for a good night sleep through the sleepmatch machine and we were offered tea/coffee.

Fantastic service in every way

I was dreading buying a bed and the thought of having to try and lie on lots of different beds was not something I was wanting to do. After a short amount of time, one of the store assistants approached me and asked me what I was looking for and if I needed any assistance, he was very professional and friendly and was able to advise which would be the best options for me without it appearing that he was just hoping for a sale. The store was clean and the beds seemed to be too even though they are display items. I had to return the next day to carry out the purchase but that was due to the time I had chosen to go in to the store originally.

The Nuneaton store really did go above and beyond to find me the perfect bed we are very pleased with our find and looking forward to a good nights sleep x
