Dave at the Nuneaton store was brilliant. He could not have been more helpful or explained anything more. This is the best service I have had from any retailer in a number of years. A brilliant experience, I will fully recommend. Jon was also helpful and friendly.

Myself and my wife went to Dreams in Nuneaton just to give us an idea of the firmness of the mattresses. The Store assistant Katie was first class, She suggested testing the Matress machine.?? Which we did to get the right mattress for our needs. We were then given some options to try out all done with no pressure to buy. We were offered a drink several times as we were in the store a while but we declined. In the end we did purchase a mattress. A big mention to the store mgr as well ( can’t remember his name ) as he gave us lots of advice and some generous discount when we decided what we wanted.

Katie was friendly and knowledgeable. Although she was on her own in the store, at no point did she make us feel rushed. She did not confuse us with jargon and worked on a process of elimination.

We really enjoyed the no hassle approach .. we had plenty of time to try out the beds that the matching machine had selected and we were very confident that the new bed was perfect for our requirements. We have used other bed suppliers in the past and felt rushed when choosing which has lead to the bed not meeting our needs and being uncomfortable. We will use dreams for all our future bed purchases as its clear to see that the staff are committed to making sure the beds chosen meet the customers requirements. David was great and really made us feel confident that the bed was correct
