The customer service representative was highly efficient, friendly and welcoming. She also dealt with another customer during my visit to the shop, and I observed the same courteous and knowledgeable manner with that customer. I felt very comfortable, and valued as a customer.

The shop assistant Jon was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to hurry us and offered us a hot drink. He answered all our questions and gave us all the relevant information we needed to make our decision. We have not been living in the area very long and I was very impressed with the store.

Nice friendly and helpful staff

When we arrived we were greeted by Katie and offered drinks. We wasn’t too sure what mattress or bed frame we wanted so Katie did a sleep match test for us and showed us lots of mattresses. Katie went above and beyond for us on our visit, even to the point of entertaining our toddlers. We didn’t feel pressured to buy on our first visit, and we were given time to make a decision. This is why we came back to the Nuneaton branch and wanted to purchase our bed with Katie directly. We are very happy with our experience and will definitely be coming back if we need more items.
