The staff are always very helpful. Thus is the third time making a purchase in 2019 and every time the service is of an impeccable standard.

The sales assistant was excellent, we came in for an inflatable bed and came out with that plus pillows and duvet for a really reasonable price.

I am having to move out a property quick & need 2 beds. Its already a stressful time & xmas. The staff that helped me was amazing. If it wasnt for the service i wouldn't have spent a penny. I am a big believer that customer service comes first & due to this i purchased 2 beds.

From getting into the store the advisor we dealt with was really helpful, knowledgeable and was more than happy to spend time with us to get the right product for us, also she made a nice cup of tea.

We placed our order at the Nuneaton store. In-store staff extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We found our desired item and very pleased it had a £300 discount in the sale. We were given a delivery date of less than one week. Kept up-to-date via text regarding order status. Delivery was exactly on time and delivery guys were so polite and helpful.

The item I ordered was better than expected for the money and it was good to be able to test it before purchase unlike ordering a product off the internet and chancing it

David was very helpful and talked us through the differences of each style of bed and showed us the differences between the different sizes etc, spent a lot of time answering our questions and always with a smile on his face.
