Looked online before i went to store, So I was aware of deals & products i was Interested in & Katie was very helpful & Knowledgeable about the products, Which made it an easy experience. Thank you.

Jon from the store gave friendly, relaxed and knowledgable advise. The sale wasn't pressured in anyway, we were very happy with his customer service, the product we choose following going on the dreams machine and the price and offers included in our purchase. Very happy with all the staff and their service.

Friendly staff, approached when we entered store and offered help. Was not pushy, suggested we use the computer to determine the type of mattress we needed. Was able to point us to relevant mattress , divan bed and headboard.

Katie was very helpful. Not pushy. Very knowledgeable.

Yet again the staff at dreams where excellent in knowledge well presented and listened to what we wanted. Entering the shop to buying out bed and mattress was stress free and very quick. Thank you
