Katie at the store was extremely helpful

Katie the assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, she made shopping for a new mattress easy

we were able to browse both singly and together depending on our individual sleeping needs. no pressure on time or how many mattresses we tried,so were able to choose the most suitable mattress for us.

Jon was very helpful and found the answers to all our questions

We had loads of help from Charlie who took us around and showed all the beds and mattresses. She passed us over to David to order the bed and he explained our various payment options and add ons.

We were advised by the manager David.He was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the product that we wanted. He wasn’t pushy. We had already told him that the mattress we were sleeping 🛏 on was a Tempur,so we had already experienced with this type of mattress.The free pillows were a bonus.

We were served by a Jon and Charley in the Nuneaton store. We had the scan to see which beds suited us and were shown to each one to test. We were not pressured or bothered and were left to think about our decision and despite being in the store for around an hour didn't feel rushed. They offered and made us a drink and gave us lots of information and advice based on what we wanted and needed. They threw in a mattress protector and pillows at a discounted rate when we paid also.

The customer service was excellent and the knowledge of the store manager who looked after us was fantastic. We felt valued and was not pushed into purchasing something we didn’t want or need. Can’t wait to receive our new bed!
