We called in just to browse. I was looking for the area where it is just mattresses. I was observed looking and was politely asked if I needed assistance. I did - I was shown the area, the colour coding was explained, the size pricing was explained and we were told to try all the mattresses we wanted to compare firmness etc. We did and at no time were we pressured to select anything or buy. We tried lots and then made our choice. The trial period was explained for brand new mattresses and the offers were explained. The process then of buying and free gifts, removing old mattress etc was explained but again no pressure to take up any offers. Excellent customer service.
