Quick easy,to pick what we wanted, friendly service. Knew when to help and when to leave us. Time scale not too long for delivery. Tested mattresses easily.

We entered the store not knowing what sort of mattress we would like for our tv bed but Rob at the Nuneaton store was absolutely amazing at helping and sorting out the right mattress for us superb customer service!

We were looked after by Robert who was very good. He explained everything we asked about, offered us tea coffee or water. He was very friendly and made us feel at home in the shop. He is a first class member of your sales staff

Even though the salesperson was busy our presence was acknowledged and once free came over to us to ask if there was anything they could do for us. Spent time with us to try and narrow down our requirements and was extremely helpful and allowed us time to make up our minds on what mattress we wanted.

The young man who looked after us was extremely professional, and attentive, he served us tea and allowed the use of office loo, after we had a dreadful experience at Benson for beds it was a delight to come to your store.
