The sales personnel were very helpful and we did the bed test which I wasn’t sure gave us the beds which suited us because the sales personnel didn’t explain the results to us. We did look at a few beds and tried them out which was helpful and in the end went for one which we thought was good value for money. Only time will tell though lol On paying the card reader decided to play up so we spent longer in the shop than we wanted to but it was no-ones fault and we all chatted amicably. All in all not a bad experience.

I was well impressed with the machine which identified the type of mattress I required. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The only thing I was disappointed with was that I saw the bed I wanted on line with a £100 discount. I wanted to see the bed in store prior to buying, however, the discount had ended by the time I could view the bed, which was only a week but I could not have the bed at that price and no discount was offered.
