All of the store colleagues were very polite and friendly. The lady that served us, Katie, was really helpful and seemed to know the range of products and combinations (styles and colours) available for what we were looking for. I felt she was honest with us and wasn't trying to be pushy and sell us into something we didn't want or need. The new health and safety measures put in place were good and seemed to be followed well by all the store colleagues.

The sales personnel were very helpful and we did the bed test which I wasn’t sure gave us the beds which suited us because the sales personnel didn’t explain the results to us. We did look at a few beds and tried them out which was helpful and in the end went for one which we thought was good value for money. Only time will tell though lol On paying the card reader decided to play up so we spent longer in the shop than we wanted to but it was no-ones fault and we all chatted amicably. All in all not a bad experience.
