Kate who served us was lovely, nothing was too much trouble and gave us a great service and had brilliant knowledge on the products. She wasn't pushy and just trying to sell us the most expensive products and really gave us detailed information on each mattress we were looking at and the pro's and con's on each. She made the experience enjoyable even though there was social distancing and COVID-19 measures in place it still felt like a normal shopping experience. Very satisfied overall and we be telling people about the great service that we received. Also we noticed that the staff were cleaning regularly and maintain social distancing measures which was nice to see as some shops aren't that bothered about them. The shop was nice bright and airy and lots of space to maintain social distancing i think the shop was set up very well to help maintain this. We also had stayed longer than an hour in the car park which is the maximum stay so Kate told us what to do at Halfords next door so we did not get a parking fine which we thought was great. Pleasurable experience and i will not hesitate to use your stores again, can't wait for us to get our daughters new bed now!

We had to wait some time to be served as there was a couple in front of us and both members of staff were busy. The wait was obviously due to social distancing which is understandable. We was greeted warmly and it was immediately apparent that the staff took hygiene very seriously as they carried bottles of spray disinfectant everywhere which was impressive. The staffs overall knowledge was excellent and we couldn't fault the service from start to finish. We had specific requirements and was pleasantly surprised to find that we could get the bed that we wanted. The measurements that were given on the internet were different to the actual measurements. This was raised with the staff who said that they would raise this with head office. Overal though a great experience and I would highly recommend this store to friends and family. The staff member who served us did tell us that she loved her job. This was apparent which was great to see!
