Great experience in this Nuneaton store ,,we were approached by Jon who enquired what we were looking for in particular..We explained what I needed and he suggested I try the assessment machine as this would determine what type of mattress I would need .Thought the machine was great ,,it suggested 5 types of mattresses which Jon showed us,...There was no pressure or rushing to get us sorted he was very calm & patient and knowledgeable .. He then left us to browse on our own for me to decide which mattress & bed we wanted ,,He explained the payment options as well and when we had decided on our choice he then explained about the delivery how it would all be set up for us, and also told us about the Green bags for the mattress & divan disposal .,(thought this is a great idea ,) Everything was explained very clearly and precise ..All in all we had a great visit that day & would certainly recommend this store

Friendly staff ,helpful,& knowledgeable .. Very professional .. Jon was great ,answered all our questions,,suggested we use the sleep match machine to determine the type of mattress we’d need . Tried the 5 mattresses that it suggested and had success with 1 of them .. Sorted out a divan & matching headboard and also a new pillow ,, Delivery is longer than I would like but this cannot be helped because of Covid 19 .. Jon explained the various payment options ,,the setting up of the bed on arrival and also gave us large green bags to put the mattress and the divan in ready for disposal ,,All was made very clear so we understood everything that was going on .. At no time were we rushed or pressurised in any way ,,It was a nice relaxing experience ,,and during these uncertain times it was nice to be treated with respect from this store .. We came away feeling very relaxed that we had made the right choice by using DREAMS . Please try them .
