Staff were friendly yet professional and answered any questions we had appropriately and in a manner that was easy to understand . Cleanliness and our safety seemed to be the high priorities in the store as well as a friendly atmosphere.

The shop assistant, Jon, got us to lie on the Sleepmatch beds and then showed us which mattresses best suited our needs. He was very helpful without being pushy and explained the differences between each mattress. Also explained about the trial period so that we could actually have tried a cheaper mattress first if we had wanted to and then replaced it with the more expensive one if necessary. The free credit was also very useful for such an expensive purchase.
