Jon who assisted us in the Nuneaton store was highly knowledgeable & so helpful. He deserves recognition as he’s definitely the reason we purchased the day we did & he was so so helpful! Also really friendly & we felt really safe in terms of covid - I was a little nervous as hadn’t been out & am pregnant but the staff in the store were very good with distancing etc. Many thanks to Jon!

Firstly David then Jon were helpful then a special mention to the two delivery guys Stuart and his colleague who’s name I failed to get. These guys were amazing taking their shoes off without me asking them to and taking mattress upstairs. Very pleasant guys.
