Dreams - Nuneaton

We went into the Nuneaton store and were immediately greeted and offered a drink. We were left to do the mattress assessment alone and then showed around the store for the appropriate products. The salesman was attentive without being overbearing or pushy. Payment options were discussed and explained very simply and the process was quick and efficient

Excellent service from jon enjoyed the sleep match telling us what matress was right for us also a great cup tea Jon explained every thing to us about delivery very friendly and cheerful will use dreams again and I have also told my friends about the service we got

I knew what I wanted, a traditional sprung bed, the salesman told me exactly where these beds were he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. Very friendly staff and was happy to help me in any way he could.

Went in looking for a mattress, wasn't sure what we wanted so was offered the sleep master and then was given 6 choices, we tried these mattress and purchased the one we found most comfortable.

Met with a smile when i arrived ask what my needs were and helped me all the way

Highly knowledgeable staff who knew when to assist and when to leave us alone to browse and try out.

Very helpful staff and will defently recommend to family has I recommended my mum a year ago to buy a bed from u and she has been very happy with it since and me and my partner brought our first bed of you about 10/12 years ago so we were due a upgrade and we are happy to wait 3 weeks to get our new bed delivered .
