Dreams - Nuneaton

The experience that we got at our local branch (Nuneaton) was wonderful. The technology scanning of sleep positions was something that my Mum had never encountered before, so truly made it a memorable and enjoyable experience in purchasing a new bed for her. Jon who served us and stayed with us all throughout our time was exceptional and his interactions with us all were well received. He gave us all the time in the world and was really patience. He was highly knowledgeable about the beds/mattresses and headboards that were currently available and clearly explained the differences between various mattresses/brands/firmness etc. He was a very comical, kind and patient sales assistant and best of all, his approach was not pushy. This is such a refreshing and welcome change to experience as a customer. We all left the store extremely happy that we were able to put through an order that day in Mum's local store. We had only really come out that day to 'look' at beds! Looking forward to the whole bed being delivered soon. Thanks Dreams...and thanks Jon.

Due to poor health and back and leg problems, I needed a new mattress that could help with a better nights sleep. On entering the Nuneaton store, Katie was extremely helpful and accommodating, we were taken to the sleep match machine and then guided around the beds which suited our sleep. In the end we did opt for the Tempar mattress even though it was above our budget but after Katie explained about the guarantee you get with the mattress, it seemed to be a good investment and if it allows me to relax more at nighttime then that in its self is something I will pay for.
