The staff were lovely. We bought a bed only a few months ago for our spare room and the staff were so lovely at your Nuneaton store that we went back again to buy a bed for our bedroom.

People-oriented and very helpful staff, willing to answer patiently all of our questions and they also went the extra mile to make sure we're happy with the order.

WE PLACED OUR ORDER AT THE NUNEATON STORE AND JON THE ASSISTANT WAS EXCELLENT WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HE DID NOT RUSH US TO SELECT THE PRODUCT. OVERAL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. A PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANT

I spoke to a lady called Kate , who was absolutely fantastic. I had a problem that needed sorting , and she dealt with it Swifty and effortlessly . She was so incredibly helpful, it just doesn’t happen these days . What an amazing lady , so helpful and kindly spoken , nothing was too much trouble . I was very impressed and have already spread the word . Other stores need to take a leaf out of your customer service book !!

I was given information about choosing the right mattress that I would never even have considered. Methods of choosing the right products were clearly explained including the use of technology to gauge where we needed support the most. We were very impressed with David at Nuneaton store. He even asked us if we would like refreshments. He made us feel at ease and we felt he really listened to what we wanted rather than just going for the sale. We can't wait for our delivery.
