I visited Dreams over 12 months ago. Tried all the mattresses but could not decide what level ie. soft, medium, or hard. It wasn't until I lay on my own bed again that I realised what I wanted. Then following your advert that one should change the mattress every 8 years, it dawned on me mine was over 20 years old.

On earlier visit last week i was told that the bed i was looking to buy was £599 instead of £699 however it wasn't the case. I made my mind to buy that bed even convinced my wife but i was let down. I did buy the same bed but I wasn't very happy to pay £699.

Our assistant was store manager but the other assistant ignored us when we walked in and sat behind the desk on his phone. Manager was very good but let down by others

Very disappointed to have to wait 2 weeks for the mattress to be delivered.

Shop experience was highly satisfied. When it came to receiving the mattress another matter. Store sent out a torn mattress fully aware of the tear as the delivery team pointed it out to me as soon as they got in the door. I rang the shop and the assistant said take it for now and he would arrange a swap. I have heard nothing since.

HIGHLY UNSATISFIED. THE EXTORTIONANT PRICE OF DELIVERY FOR A DISTANCE OF SEVEN MILES. IF I HAD KNOWN I WOULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE BUT HADNT THE TIME.£39 UNBELIEVEABLE
