Whilst I was satisfied with the experience at the Dreams Store in Nuneaton, my reason for not selecting highly satisfied is that until I have received my product and am happy with my purchase, this is only when highly satisfied would come into contention.

my wife and I ordered the bed we wanted and paid for it same day, given 2 delivery date chose 2nd 9 days later told by store any amendments say within 48 hrs. On arriving home we discussed whether or not to have sprung slats (extra) decided on sprung, went back to store to upgrade slats within the 48 hr period told it may delay the delivery, impression given was by a couple of days, I was told I would be contacted to pay balance over phone, on Sunday spoke to store and was told my order was cancelled and new one placed delivery now 1st September 1 month away you must employ luny tunes if some one cannot change slats as the slats are generic to that size of bed , are we happy of course we not would you deem this acceptable I don't think so G V Everitt how could you recommend that service

As it wasn't a big store there was a good selection of items we were looking for, good range and price. The shop assistant wasn't pushy or annoying, he explained the options we had in store then let us try the product out but didn't follow.we ended up purchasing the product deliver was on the pricece side considering you have to pay too have your old mattress taken away. Very good idea having a 6 week trial, it's not easy making a decision just by lying on it in the store.

The shop did not have the products that you have on your website if it had not been for your very helpful assistant I would have gone somewhere else.

The only problem is the appearance of the store, rather dated and in need of a re-fit!

I think I would only give a highly satisfied rating once the bed was delivered and installed.

The store was dated, old, dark and needed maintenance, and the product arrangement made the store feel claustrophobic and confusing.

As the assistance just gave us a leaflet to tell us about the different mattress & told us to look at the colours & then went away. He didn't seem to want to stay & help like I saw the other assistance doing.
