WHY SHOULD IBEHIGHLY SATISFIED I AM ONLY PURCHASING A BED AND THERE IS NO COMPETITION IN THE TOWN SO WE HAD NO WHERE ELSE TO GO WITYOUT TRAVELLING MILES.IN MY OPINION BEDS ARE OVER PRICED.

We received good customer service from two members of staff. The first explained the mattress firmness colour scheme as we browsed and the second assisted us in the purchase of the bed we chose. Both had good knowledge of the beds and were pleasant and helpful. We were asked if we required any beverages and treated with great respect

Checked stock on line great the store near me has what I want. Go in to store say what I want and get told I will have to check its in stock so I say it is in stock I checked online to be told I'm wrong all the website says is that that particular store stocks the item it doesn't mean they have it in stock.

We tried to oder a bed that we like but for some reason all the TV beds apart form the one we liked came with a free smart led tv upgrade. The be we liked was the most expensive bed you sell but no we couldn't have the free upgrade? So we had to go for a different bed as I was not willing to pay an extra £200 for something other people got free for paying less. Was utter nonsense.

Store manager was very helpful. Asking what our needs were and pointing us in the right direction. No hard selling or pushy attitude.
