I was very pleased with my experience. I have not given Highly satisfied just to keep you on your toes and as I have only received the bed today, I have not had the chance to decide it was the right choice.

I was mostly. Jon served us and gave us time to try out and decide. But I have looked online and on dreams website the mattress was cheaper by approx. £300. That is my only complaint.

There was nothing wrong with my experience at Dreams. I had researched the mattress online and it was just a matter of testing it and then ordering.

I was very satisfied with the service, advice, delivery time and price of the bed and mattress. Highly Satisfied implies absolutely faultless service which is almost impossible to achieve e.g. the debit card transaction did not go through smoothly.

Jon introduced himself and asked if he could help in any way. He then offered us a cup of tea/coffee. He was very helpful, pleasant and patient with us. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The only reason we were not highly satisfied was having to wait delivery until the end of February (6weeks) but to be fair it’s an adjustable bed and that takes more time!!!!!! In the meantime we have NO bed 🙁. Otherwise everything was highly satisfactory.

Would have liked the headboard available to match the base unit but we had to compromise and buy a more expensive headboard to get the base we wanted.
