The assistant John B122 really helped by 82 yr old Mum, even made her a cup of tea and never rushed her once with the order. Service and consideration was excellent. Thank you

Knowledge of the assistant was impressive and very helpful. We were however after a specific ottoman bed however this was unavailable and only a draw version of the bed was able to be purchased, that said we weren't put off by ordering it as we still loved the bed we chose.
