I was never going to be a big spender, but Mr. Andrew Smith was exceptionally professional and kind despite our modest budget. His explanations of options and patience with us ensured we not only had a sound understanding of what we were getting, but invited us to consider all our options according to our priorities. He wasn't pushy, but very simple and again, exceptionally accommodating throughout the process. Its refreshing to experience such kindness and professionalism after a long day and sitting in some awful traffic!

I had already pre looked at the website before visiting the store, I knew what I wanted, however one if the beds I had decided on, after discussing with Steve the manager, I opted for a better quality bed. His knowledge allowed me to make a decision, I liked the fact there was no pressure and the decision was still mine to make after gaining the benefit of Steves knowledge.

Staff were helpful & assisted without pressuring us. They were curtious & explained thoroughly all the products that were suitable for our needs. Even offered a cuppa. Great service thank you

The store assistant was very casual and friendly with us, giving us the relevant info but then giving us time to look and sample the mattresses. Fully informing us of the difference between the products and explains in a way we did not feel pressurised at all. Top marks to him.

BECAUSE THERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO BUY ANYTHING. WHEN WE HAD CHOSEN OUR BED AND MATRESS, THE WHOLE BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS SIMPLE AND RELAXED. NO ONE STOPPED ME LOOKING AT ALL THE NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE FRAME CONSTRUCTION, AND ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED PROMPTLY

We were welcomed into store and were the only customers their however it was only when we approached the staff member who was sitting behind the desk for help that we were given assistance to clarify prices etc however the help we did then recieve was very good.

Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He gave us time to be alone to consider our options and did not rush us. He was friendly throughout the transaction
